01 · ChallengeDefining the communication problem.
Property marketing must communicate location, pricing, urgency, trust and lifestyle—often within one asset. The challenge was to create multiple campaign formats that could support sales messages while staying recognisable as one estate brand.
02 · ResearchReading the context before designing.
The supplied designs show a stable blue, green and white palette, repeated estate branding and a strong focus on offer clarity. Landscape imagery and site plans establish property context, while human figures add scale and approachability. No sales records, lead data or campaign analytics were included.
03 · StrategyTurning observations into a focused direction.
The system separated campaign objectives into distinct formats: launch, weekly engagement, offer-led promotion, reassurance and outdoor visibility. Each asset retained the same brand palette and logo treatment while changing hierarchy to suit the message and viewing distance.
04 · Design processBuilding the system step by step.
- Identify the single commercial objective for each campaign asset.
- Prioritise location, price or reassurance according to the message.
- Adapt typography and image scale for square, portrait and banner formats.
- Prepare wide-format layouts for distance readability and print production.
05 · DeliverablesWhat the project produced.
- Launch and promotional social-media assets
- Price and offer communication
- Trust and reassurance campaigns
- Large-format estate and allocation banners
06 · OutcomeA stronger, more coherent visual result.
The completed series shows how one property brand can communicate across different moments without relying on a single template. The visual system supports repeated recognition across digital promotion and outdoor print. No lead or sales figures were provided, so the outcome is limited to design-system and communication performance.
